Terms of Service

riena ARTZ is an independent studio operated by Riena, a landscape and spiritual painter based in New Delhi, India. We sell original, one-of-one, hand-painted artworks. We do not sell prints, reproductions, or editions of any kind.

All orders are fulfilled personally by the studio. By purchasing from us, you are supporting an independent artist directly.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• Dimensions listed are approximate. Hand-painted works may vary by ±1 inch.
• Colours may appear slightly different on screen versus in person due to monitor calibration and photography lighting.
• Every original ships with a signed, dated Certificate of Authenticity.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed via Razorpay. You will receive an email confirmation at the address provided.

Payment

• We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay.
• All transactions are encrypted and secure.
• We do not store your payment details.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the artwork may already be in packing. Write to studio@rienaartz.com immediately if you need to cancel.

Purchasing a painting transfers physical ownership of the artwork. It does not transfer copyright. Riena retains all intellectual property rights over her works, including the right to photograph them for portfolio and promotional use.

• You may display the artwork privately and share photographs of it on social media.
• You may not reproduce, print, scan, or commercially exploit the artwork in any form without written permission from the studio.
• All website content, photography, and brand assets belong to riena ARTZ.

riena ARTZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products, including delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
