Shipping Policy

• Corner protectors and glassine paper first — to protect the painted surface.
• Bubble wrap secured with archival tape.
• For works over 24 inches: a custom-built wooden crate.
• For smaller works: a double-walled cardboard box with foam inserts.
• A handwritten note from Riena about the painting, sealed inside.
• The Certificate of Authenticity, signed and dated.

Delivery time

3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) typically receive within 3–4 business days.

Courier partners

We use Delhivery, Blue Dart, or FedEx India depending on your pin code and the size of the artwork. You will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹ 10,000.
• A flat ₹ 599 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹ 10,000.
• Oversized works (above 36 inches on any side) may incur an additional ₹ 1,200 charge — this will be communicated before your order is confirmed.

We ship internationally via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express. Delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

• Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia): ₹ 5,500
• United Kingdom & Europe: ₹ 8,000
• USA, Canada, Australia: ₹ 9,500
• Other countries: calculated at checkout

Customs & import duties

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. riena ARTZ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Most artworks are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. For large works requiring custom crating, dispatch may take up to 7 business days.

If there is any delay, we will contact you by email before your expected dispatch date.

All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value of the artwork. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, we will process a full claim on your behalf. You will not bear any financial loss.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number. You can track your order directly on the courier's website or reply to the dispatch email and we will help.
