Yes — every painting on riena ARTZ is a unique, unrepeatable original. Riena does not make prints, limited editions, or digital reproductions of any work. The moment a painting sells, there will only ever be one of it in the world, and it is yours.

Most works are oil on canvas or acrylic on canvas or board. Each listing clearly states the medium (e.g. "Oil on canvas · 24 × 18 in"). If you have questions about a specific painting — varnish, surface texture, framing — write to studio@rienaartz.com and Riena will answer personally.

We photograph every painting in natural daylight and process images to be as true to life as possible. However, screen calibration varies, so there can be slight differences. We encourage you to request a video or additional photographs before purchasing — we are always happy to oblige.

Most paintings are unframed and gallery-wrapped (edges are painted and finished, so the canvas looks complete without a frame). The listing will state if a frame is included. If you would like framing advice for your specific wall, reach out — Riena can recommend framers in major Indian cities.

Every painting ships with a signed, hand-dated Certificate of Authenticity — a physical document that records the title, dimensions, medium, year painted, and a unique identifier. It is your proof of provenance and adds to the long-term value of the work.

Keep the painting away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme temperature changes. Dust lightly with a dry, soft brush. Never use household cleaning sprays near the surface. For oil paintings, avoid touching the surface — natural oils from skin can affect the paint film over time.

Yes. All prices shown on riena ARTZ are inclusive of applicable GST. There are no additional taxes added at checkout for buyers within India.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and popular wallets — all processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment details at any point.

Razorpay offers EMI options on most major credit cards for orders above ₹ 5,000. The EMI options and applicable interest rates will be shown at checkout, depending on your bank and card.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, free of charge. After 24 hours, the artwork may already be packed and booked with a courier. Write to studio@rienaartz.com immediately — we will do our best to help.

Check your spam or junk folder — transactional emails sometimes land there. If you still cannot find it after a few minutes, write to studio@rienaartz.com with the name and email used at checkout and we will confirm your order manually.

We dispatch most orders within 3–5 business days of payment. After dispatch, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) are typically delivered in 3–4 business days.

Yes — shipping is free on all India orders above ₹ 10,000. For orders below ₹ 10,000 a flat ₹ 599 shipping charge applies. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and the size of the artwork.

Yes. We ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express. Delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. International buyers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged by their country. We declare all shipments accurately and do not mark them as gifts.

Riena packs every painting personally. Smaller works are wrapped in glassine, corner-protected, and double-boxed in corrugated cardboard with foam inserts. Larger works (36 in+) travel in custom-built wooden crates. Every shipment includes the Certificate of Authenticity and a handwritten note from Riena.

Yes. Every shipment is fully insured for the declared purchase value. In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, we will file the insurance claim and ensure you are not out of pocket.

As soon as your painting is picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number. You can track directly on the courier's website. If you need help, reply to the dispatch email — we check and respond every day.

Because every painting is a unique, one-of-one original, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We strongly encourage you to ask questions, request additional photographs, or see a WhatsApp room mockup before purchasing — we are happy to arrange any of these.

Please email us at studio@rienaartz.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage to both the artwork and the packaging. Do not discard the packaging. We will assess the situation, file an insurance claim, and arrange a full refund or replacement.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method via Razorpay. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to reflect the amount.

Yes. Riena takes a small number of commissions each quarter — landscapes, spiritual works, and nature subjects. Write to studio@rienaartz.com or send a message on Instagram @rienaartz with a description of your space and the subject you have in mind. Riena will reply personally.

After an initial conversation, Riena will share a brief, a price, and a timeline. A 50% deposit confirms the commission; the balance is due before dispatch. You will receive progress photographs during painting. The finished work ships with the same care and Certificate of Authenticity as any original.

Most commissions take 4–8 weeks depending on size and complexity. Riena paints slowly and does not rush a canvas. An honest timeline will be shared upfront — and if anything changes, you will be told immediately.

Commission pricing depends on size, medium, and subject. As a guide, commissioned works start from ₹ 18,000. Write to the studio with your requirements and Riena will provide a no-obligation quote.
